Cancellation Policy

​

Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24hr notice.

 

Our Policy:

 

A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24hrs in advance will invoke a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 70% of the booked services.

 

“No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price.

 

Should you arrive more than 15 mins late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

 

A credit card is required to make an appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.

 

Multiple services not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved services’ cost. To schedule any future appointments, 50% of the total cost may be charged to your credit card.

 

We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services.

Late Policy

​

There is a 15 min grace period; after 15 minutes $1 per minute will be added to your service total. 

 

Should you arrive more than 15 mins late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that we will provide the service. If we cannot accommodate you, the same cancellation fee will be charged. We will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.

Sisterlocks™️ Service Fees Policy

​

Sisterlocks™️ retightenings are $180 for 4-6 weeks new growth with the retightening duration of 3-4 hours. 

(New growth will be determined by your previous appointment if you are a returning client. If you are a new client, new growth will be determined by full rotations of the retightening. 2-3 rotations are within the 4-6 week range)

Sisterlocks™️ retightenings are $55 per hour for 7+ weeks new growth with the retightening duration of 4-5 hours. 

 

Extra new growth will result in $40 per each additional 30 mins.

Slippage sessions are $50 per hour with a maximum of 3 hours per session.

Interlocks/Microlocks/TinyLocks Service Fees Policy

​

Extra new growth will result in $40 per each additional 30 mins.

 

Refund Policy

​

Deposits are non-refundable and there are no refunds for any services and/or goods sold. There are absolutely no refunds at all, no exceptions.
